Letter to the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia
In connection with the forthcoming 3rd Anniversary of the UN OPCAT coming into force (June 22) PRI and partner civil society NGOs have addressed a letter to Mr.Davit Bakradze, the Chairman of Parliament, reminding of Georgia's yet unfulfilled obligation to establish a National Torture Preventive Mechanism (NPM).
